YOU WILL BE TAUGHT A WHOLE VARIETY OF LOCAL CUISINE INCLUDING HOMEMADE PASTA AND WONDERFUL DESSERTS JUST TO MENTION A FEW. GUIDA WILL ALSO GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE ART OF FOOD PRESENTATION.
PART OWNER DANIELE CRISTALLINI IS AN ACCOMPLISHED ARTIST AND YOU WILL BE SURROUNDED BY WORKS OF ART AND ANTIQUES WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED SHOULD YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH A PARTICULAR ITEM.
THE COST OF THE COURSE IS PER PERSON AND INCLUDES 3 MORNING COURSES (9.30 AM - 1.00 PM) AND 3 EVENING MEALS (3 COURSE DINNER AND WINE) AT IL MANIERO RESTAURANT. ONE OF THE EVENING MEALS WILL ALSO INCLUDE WINE TASTING FROM THE LOCAL AREA.
